Refund Policy:

Payment is non-refundable. If notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, class fee may be transferred to another class within 90 days. If you fail to attend a class and do not contact the instructor within 24 hours of class, you will not be refunded or rescheduled.

363 Training Solutions LLC is a training company that provides firearms safety and medical training. Our instructors are certified by the USCCA, NRA, NC DOJ & AHA. Our courses are compliant with all national and state standards. It is our responsibility to provide that training, we are not responsible for issuing permits. Attending a class and receiving a certificate of completion does not guarantee that you will receive a firearm permit through your state or local issuing agency. It is the responsibility of the issuing agency to perform a background check and determine if a candidate is eligible to be issued a firearm permit in compliance with all federal and state laws. Receiving a certificate of completion does not guarantee employment from any public or private entity. 363 Training Solutions LLC is not a federal firearms license (FFL), and does not sell or rent firearms & ammunition. All students must be legally permitted to participate in training that involves handling of firearms in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Students are required to provide their own firearm/ammunition for any course requiring live fire training unless clearly specified in the class description that a firearm and ammunition will be provided by 363 Training Solutions LLC. All students attending a firearms training course will be required to sign a release, and indemnification, and hold harmless agreement prior to beginning class. 363 Training Solutions LLC is not responsible for injuries or death resulting from negligence or misuse of a firearm.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the equipment is maintained in good condition at all times and inspect for damage prior to each use. You must always maintain a safe distance from the target anytime shooting at steel targets. Anyone using the equipment for training/shooting should be legally permitted to handle a firearm. Proper firearm safety fundamentals and good judgement MUST be exercised at all times.
