Q: Where are you located?

A: We are based in Greensboro, North Carolina. We do not currently have a permanent classroom location, we have partnerships with several local ranges and facilities to host classes and travel to teach private classes.

Q: Where do you teach classes?

A: We regularly teach classes at several locations in the Piedmont triad of North Carolina as well as Southwest VA. We have arrangements with several local ranges for classes that require live fire. We also teach private classes where we bring the classroom to you! If you would like to host a private class, please email us for additional information.

Q: I don’t see any dates posted for the class I am interested in. How can I request a date for a class?

A: On the homepage there is a link to our available courses, If you do not see a date scheduled you can request a date from that page or you can send us an email and we will be happy to arrange a class that fits into your schedule.

Q: Do you offer one on one private range instruction?

A: Yes, we are able to provide individual instruction at a local range of your choosing. We charge $50/hour. You will be responsible for all range fee’s for both yourself and the instructor. It is also your responsibility to make sure the range allows outside instructors to accompany you at the range. This will vary by range/club.

Q: Do you sell or rent firearms and ammunition?

A: No. We do not sell or rent firearms and ammunition. Please read the class description for the class you are registering for, some classes we offer include the use of firearms and ammunition provided by 363 Training Solutions LLC. If the class description does not specify that a firearm and ammunition are provided then you are responsible for bringing your own firearm and ammunition to class.

Q: How can I request a private class?

A: If you would like to host a private class at a location of your choosing, please email us and we will be happy to make those arrangements for you.

Q: What equipment or facilities do I need to host a private class?

A: This depends on the class you are hosting and the number of students who will be attending. You will need a space big enough to accommodate the number of students in the class and any hands on equipment specific to that class. We are very flexible and can teach classes indoors, outdoors, at churches, public meeting rooms, private businesses, and private residences. We bring the classroom to you! All we need is a place to plug our equipment in. Please email us and we will be happy to answer any questions specific to your needs and arrange a class for you.

Q: Your website says that you are located in North Carolina but it says you teach classes in New York. Is that correct?

A: Our company is based in North Carolina, however we do teach classes in multiple states. We regularly travel to New York to teach classes. If you have any questions specifically about our New York classes please email us for additional information.

Q: What kind of equipment to you bring to teach private classes?

A: We have a portable projector and screen for classroom presentations as well as tables and chairs if needed. For firearms classes, we use a variety of training aids including laser training firearms and a smokeless range simulator for scenario based training. For our medical classes we have CPR mannequins & AED trainers as well as high fidelity bleeding control simulators. We strive to create the best training environment possible and provide you with the most realistic hands on experience so you feel confident with what you’ve learned in class. You will receive the same level of professionalism and excellence from our instructors whether you are in a formal classroom or your own living room.

Q: Can you do presentations at special events?

A: Yes! We offer a variety of seminars, mini classes, and hands on simulations at gun shows, exhibitions, schools, churches, corporate events, birthday parties, graduation parties, couples date nights, etc. Please send us an email if you would like to book us for your event and we will be happy to make those arrangements.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Payment is non-refundable. If notice is given within 48 hours that you are unable to attend class you can reschedule to another class within 90 days and your payment will be applied to the rescheduled class.
